Dr. BJ Davis
A renowned author, professor, and TEDx Sacramento speaker, Dr. BJ Davis is an advocate for challenging some of the long held myths about what works in substance abuse and offender re-entry programs and is active in conducting research that focuses on treatment effectiveness and outcomes.
Mr. Jay King
Grammy Award winning singer and record label executive Jay King was elected CEO/President of the California Black Chamber of Commerce (CBCC) in June of 2019. King is an organizer of the North Sacramento Leadership Council and founder and spokesperson for the Greater Sacramento Financial Literacy Group.
